A ceramic coating chemically bonds to the vehicle's surface and, after curing, forms a durable, protective layer. This layer is water and dirt repellent, which means contamination adheres less easily and washing the car becomes noticeably simpler. The paintwork retains its deep shine and fresh appearance for longer, even with intensive use.

Although coating and Paint Protection Film are often mentioned in the same breath, they each have a different function. A coating primarily protects against external influences and optimizes maintenance, while PPF forms a physical barrier against stone chips and impact. In many cases, both are combined: PPF for maximum protection, coating for extra gloss, hydrophobicity, and ease of maintenance — even on top of the film.

At Superb, coating can be applied to various parts of the vehicle. Depending on your needs and use, you can choose coating for the bodywork, on PPF, on windows, wheels, and brake calipers. Even the interior can be protected with specific coatings that help materials resist wear and contamination.
